Janet Rubino, vice president of Long & Foster’s Devon, Pennsylvania office and her agents achieved tremendous results for their buyers and sellers in 2021.
Rubino’s team produced over $680 million in sales, closing over 1,480 transactions. The Devon office finished the year as the No. 4 office for units sold and as the No. 8 office overall in sales production out of all Long & Foster’s nearly 200 offices in seven states and the District of Columbia. In December, the team produced over $39 million in volume, putting them in the No. 5 spot within the company and the No. 3 spot overall, with 93 closed sales that month.

Rubino is a 39-year veteran of the real estate profession and has been involved in nearly every aspect of real estate. As a sales associate, Rubino achieved outstanding results almost immediately, winning Rookie of the Year in her first year. She has been a multi-million-dollar producer throughout her career and has been honored with many top awards for sales as well as for customer service.
Upon entering management, her success continued with Manager of the Year honors many times, and her sales offices continually set new sales records. Rubino has managed branch offices for three renowned Delaware Valley real estate companies during her career, and she has spurred every office to new sales heights and levels of achievement. She has also developed each company’s New Homes Marketing program into highly successful endeavors, representing many of the region’s best-known builders.
