The Northrop Team, which has offices in Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Howard, and Montgomery counties in Maryland, also ranked seventh on the list based on the number of closed transaction sides in 2014. The ranking program was developed by REAL Trends, a leading source of statistical analysis for the residential real estate industry.
The Northrop Team, which has for the past 14 years consistently ranked No. 1 in Maryland for homes sold, is comprised of more than 40 real estate sales professionals who work with both buyers and sellers.
