Long & Foster Real Estate is pleased to announce The Cabell Childress Group (CCG) will open a new office in Midtown Richmond. A grand opening celebration is planned for the fall, pending Covid-19 regulations. The new office is located at 4904 W. Clay Street in Richmond and will open in mid-June.

“Opening this new office aligns with Long & Foster’s plan to expand our ability to provide unparalleled customer service to our buyers and sellers,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster. “We have no doubt that the new Midtown office will be another convenient Richmond location for consumers who are looking to make confident, well-informed buying and selling decisions.”

The office will be managed by David Gragnani, who is also the managing broker of Long & Foster’s Innsbrook office in Glen Allen, Virginia. The group, led by Cabell Childress, is a multiple award-winning team known for their extraordinary marketing skills and exemplary personal service.

“Over the last 20 years, CCG has grown to become one of the top agent teams in the state,” said Childress. “Having our own office is the natural next step in evolving the company to the next level.  I’m excited to be part of the expansion of the Richmond Midtown area.”

Brian Haug, senior vice president at Long & Foster, echoed Childress’ comments and added, “At Long & Foster, we just love to see our agents grow. Cabell’s growth in the Richmond real estate industry over his tenure has been remarkable and we see this as another step for Cabell and CCG to better serve their clients.”

The Midtown Richmond neighborhood has seen plenty of activity in recent months as it evolves along the same lines as Scott’s Addition and nearby Westwood.  There has been a significant influx of new restaurants and stores as the Willow Lawn area continues to be revitalized.  In the heart of all this, the newly refurbished Cabell Childress Group building will house Long & Foster teams including CCG and its administrative staff, individual agents, a Prosperity Home Mortgage office, plus additional flex space that will be used to host client events when restrictions allow.
