The REALTOR® of the Year award is presented for outstanding service and contributions to the real estate profession. As the President of Caroll County REALTORS® in 2023, Lipsky was instrumental in the organization’s search, purchase and renovation of a new office space and he helped modernize the systems used to serve its members. In addition, he led the organization in its charitable efforts supplying gifts to nearly 400 children through the Angel Tree program of the Salvation Army.
