January 12, 2021

The Bethesda All Points office, led by Vice President &. Managing Broker, Susan Sanford, is pleased to announce its Top Producers for the months of October and November 2020.

Congratulations to Michael Seay Homes for earning top sales volume and sales units for October and for their triple win in November for top sales, units and listing volume.  Emmett Homes earned top rental volume in October and Sherri LaRowe topped the category in November.

“We are proud to announce Michael Seay Homes, Emmett Homes, and Sherri LaRowe as October and November’s top sales agents in the Bethesda All Points office,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “They are a great example of Long & Foster’s highly-trained professionals who go to great lengths to best serve clients seeking the total homeownership experience.”

A father and son team, Michael Seay Homes was formed in 2018 and their successful partnership has consistently ranked them among the Bethesda All Points office’s top teams ever since.  Last year, Michael Seay, Sr. celebrated 45 years in real estate and was recognized as a Bethesda Magazine top agent in 2019.

Emmett Homes, comprised of mother and daughter team Anne and Laura Emmett, closed the most rental volume for the month of October and in November, Anne Emmett celebrated 25 years of combined real estate experience with W.C. & A.N. Miller Realtors and Long & Foster Real Estate.  Both Michael Seay Homes and Emmett Homes agents are members of Long & Foster’s exclusive group, the D.C. Metro Luxury Alliance. LaRowe is a consistent member of the Long & Foster Chairman’s club and regularly turns her rental clients into clients for life.

The Bethesda All Points office was the flagship among W.C. & A.N. Miller real estate offices and Christie’s Great Estates affiliate until 2007 when it became one of Long & Foster’s top offices.  With its managing broker, Susan Sanford, as a designated Christie’s International Luxury Specialist at its helm, there is no question that the Bethesda All Points office is the place for luxury agents to hang their hats within the Long & Foster company.  With an average sales price per unit of $1,161,949, this office is your luxury property’s destination.
