Art Herling and his agents at Long & Foster Real Estate’s Blue Bell, Devon, Wayne, Northern Liberties and Doylestown offices achieved amazing results for their buyers and sellers in September.
With record sales in September 2020 caused by the pandemic, many offices saw a drop in their sales numbers this September ranging from 17% to 30%. Art Herling, who is the No. 1 agent in Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks counties, and the Main Line, was up 3% this September over September 2020 – outpacing the market by 25%. Year to date, the Art Herling Team’s sales number are up 26%, selling 861 houses for a total volume of $385 million.
“We have hundreds of listings in the area and this heavy market presence generates an enormous number of leads.” said Herling. “When we implement our ‘Business Plan’ we far exceed most agents, offices and companies to get homes sold. Our proactive approach and finely tuned negotiating skills have created hundreds of successful sales.”
