Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, has announced that its Staunton-Waynesboro office has become the highest selling real estate office, as well as the fastest growing office, in the Greater Augusta area.
The Staunton-Waynesboro office initially opened in a temporary Fishersville location in 2014 and the office completed 40 transactions totaling $8.01 million that year. Between December 2014 and November 2015 the office became the largest in the area, completing 419 transactions within that time frame that totaled more than $86.575 million in real estate volume.

The Staunton-Waynesboro office also sits at No. 1 in market share volume with 16.2 percent of the market share, nearly double the closest competitor.
