Long & Foster Real Estate is pleased to announce that it has opened a new office in Springfield, Pennsylvania, located at 777 W. Sproul Road, Suite 2800. The office opened on Dec. 12 and is led by Branch Manager Beth Endrizzi. The Mike Mulholland Team, which has been serving Delaware County clients for more than 13 years, will be working out of the new office location.
“Long & Foster is committed to growing our presence in Delaware County, and the opening of the Springfield/Media office allows us to increase our footprint and better serve home buyers and sellers throughout the area,” said Ron Clarke, senior regional vice president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Additionally, having a leader like Beth Endrizzi, who is active in the community, provides us with a unique understanding of the local market and the needs of its residents.”
“I’m thrilled to be launching this new Long & Foster office and leading a team of agents who will receive the best in training, technology and tools available to them,” Endrizzi said. “Not only does Long & Foster have excellent brand recognition, but it’s a company that puts its agents and clients first. We’re excited and ready to put our skills to work in the local community.”
Opening this new office aligns with Long & Foster’s plan to expand its ability to provide unparalleled customer service to its buyers and sellers, and the company’s continued growth is one of the reasons it is the No. 1 firm throughout the Mid-Atlantic, said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate.
“For more than 45 years, Long & Foster has been home to the best-trained, best-equipped real estate agents and leaders in the industry, and we have no doubt that the new Springfield/Media office will be the go-to resource when consumers in the Delaware County area are looking to make confident, well-informed buying and selling decisions,” Scott said.
