New leadership team will manage Federal Hill, Fells Point, Canton, and Hampden offices

Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, has expanded its Baltimore, Md., operations by creating a four-office market hub in the heart of Baltimore City, and installing a new leadership team to oversee those offices.

Gus Tsamouras has been appointed manager of four existing sales offices in the Baltimore City area, which includes Long & Foster’s Federal Hill, Fells Point, Canton, and Hampden, Md., sales offices. Tsamouras is a 10-year veteran of Long & Foster; he first started with the company as a sales associate in 2003 and has managed several offices, including the Canton and Hampden offices, since 2008.

“Our new Baltimore City leadership team is focused on increasing our business in the Baltimore market with a consolidated and efficient approach,” said Tsamouras. “I joined Long & Foster as a sales associate a decade ago, and today could not be more proud to have the opportunity to lead this excellent team of real estate professionals toward success in the Baltimore City market.”

The new Baltimore City leadership team, assembled by Tsamouras, also includes Joe Craig, who will serve as sales manager of the Federal Hill office. The team is rounded out by sales associates Debbie Meister, in the Canton office, and Louis Perkins, in the Hampden office.

“We are focused on bringing a renewed emphasis and consolidated approach to Long & Foster’s presence in Baltimore City,” said Cindy Ariosa, senior vice president and regional manager of the Baltimore and Western Maryland region of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. “This change in leadership and office structure only strengthens our company’s commitment to doing business in the Baltimore real estate market. I am confident that under Gus’ leadership, these four offices will work closely together to create an experience like no other for both consumers and agents.”

“These efforts enable us to better serve our sales associates, along with current and future clients, with a convenient array of options and locations to meet all of their home buying and selling needs,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. “This approach really puts a laser focus on supporting our agents, so that they can spend more time doing what they do best – helping clients achieve success in real estate.”
