Long & Foster Real Estate has expanded its market-leading presence in the Richmond area, joining forces with local franchise Dew Realty. Founded in 1978 and currently led by Bob Flanagan, Trey Flanagan, Lou Flanagan and Sharon Coleman, Dew Realty specializes in residential resale, new construction, land, relocation and commercial sales throughout Central Virginia.
Effective Dec. 31, 2021, the firm and its more than a dozen real estate agents became part of Long & Foster, operating as its new Ashland office. The Flanagans and Coleman have welcomed Teresa Moore, an agent in Long & Foster’s Hanover office, to the team and together, they are leading the new location. David Gragnani, who currently leads Long & Foster’s Innsbrook and Hanover offices, is also working with them as their managing broker. A grand opening event will be scheduled for a later date.
