Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family owned residential real estate company in the United States, is pleased to announce that it has opened a new office, located at 123 N. Bethlehem Pike in Fort Washington, Pa. Paul Bresadola and Loretta McKeogh are the team leaders of the new office, which will be managed by Debora Weidman-Phillips, managing broker of Long & Foster’s Blue Bell office.
“Long & Foster is committed to growing our presence in Pennsylvania, and the opening of the Fort Washington office allows us to increase our footprint and better serve home buyers and sellers throughout the area,” said Bob Albanese, senior regional vice president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Additionally, having leaders like Paul and Loretta, who are active in the community, provides us with a unique understanding of the local market and the needs of its residents.”
The Fort Washington office is based on the Long & Foster’s Elite Entrepreneur Platform, which allows agents to build their own business while aligning with the No. 1 family owned residential real estate company in the United States.
“We’re thrilled to be launching this new Long & Foster office and leading agents who will receive the best in training, technology and tools available to them,” McKeogh said. “Not only does Long & Foster have excellent brand recognition, but it’s a company that puts its agents and clients first. We’re excited and ready to put our skills to work in the local community.”
Opening this new office aligns with Long & Foster’s plan to expand the company’s ability to provide unparalleled customer service to buyers and sellers, said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. Scott cited the company’s continued growth as one of the reasons for its dominant position in the Mid-Atlantic market.
“For more than 45 years, Long & Foster Real Estate has been home to the best-trained, best-equipped real estate agents and leaders in the industry. We have no doubt that the new Fort Washington office will be the go-to resource when consumers in this area of Pennsylvania are looking to make confident, well-informed buying and selling decisions,” Scott said.
