Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, will open a new office in Easton, Md., later this month. The office will be conveniently located at 28380 St. Michaels Road in Easton, Md., near the Waterside Village Shopping Center. Martha Witte Suss, who manages three nearby locations of Lacaze Meredith Real Estate, a Long & Foster company, will head the new office, which will operate under the Long & Foster brand.

The new Easton location will be small boutique office with about 10 agents, including Rob Lacaze. Lacaze served as president of Lacaze Meredith Real Estate from 2006 to 2012 before leaving for a career in hotel management, and he recently returned to the Long & Foster family as a sales associate.
