Real estate professional brings over 10 years of experience to new position
Long & Foster Real Estate, the nation’s leading independent residential real estate brokerage, has named Kelley Tanzola as the new manager of its Cherry Hill, N.J., office. Tanzola has worked in the real estate business for more than 10 years, and she previously served as the manager of Long & Foster’s Wildwood office, located in Wildwood Crest, N.J. She brings significant career achievements to her new position and is well respected in the local real estate and construction communities, having previously worked in both industries.
“I look forward to taking on this new role at Long & Foster and to leading the exceptional team of real estate professionals at our Cherry Hill office,” said Tanzola. “I have a passion for helping others—especially my fellow real estate agents and their clients—to achieve success, and I’m confident that my knowledge and experience in real estate sales, new construction and interior design will greatly help our team in Cherry Hill to accomplish their real estate dreams and to even better support their buyers and sellers.”
Tanzola, who is a lifelong New Jersey resident, joined the real estate industry about 10 years ago, after a successful career running her own interior design firm. As an interior designer, she worked with numerous construction companies, assisting them in home staging and decorating. That experience with new home construction sparked her interest in real estate, and she soon left the design world for real estate sales. Since making the move, she has achieved great success, earning honors for her sales volume and service. She focused primarily on the sales side of the business for about eight years before moving into a management role almost four years ago.
Tanzola is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors and the Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors (BCCAR). She also actively volunteers with BCCAR’s Community Outreach Committee, which supports a variety of programs in the community such as clothing drives for homeless shelters and back-to-school collections for less fortunate children.
“It takes a highly knowledgeable and skilled leader to support real estate agents in today’s competitive environment, and we are confident that with Kelley at the helm of our Cherry Hill office, we’ll continue to achieve success for our agents and their clients,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Adding exceptional leaders to our team is how our company has helped local buyers and sellers meet their homeownership goals for over 45 years and how we’ll continue to do so for the years to come.”
