Long & Foster Real Estate has named AJ Newhall as managing broker of its Staunton/Waynesboro office. In her new role, Newhall will lead the office’s agents and employees while supporting the company’s continued growth in Staunton, Waynesboro, Augusta County and the surrounding Shenandoah Valley region.
A Virginia-licensed real estate professional since 2012, Newhall brings experience in residential and commercial real estate, client advocacy, agent development and community engagement. She joined Long & Foster in 2024 and has since earned the company’s prestigious 2025 Silver Team Award, President’s Club distinction and Outstanding Service Award.
