Long & Foster Real Estate announced today that Arthur Nachman, CCIM, of the Long & Foster Commercial Division in Tysons, Virginia, recently closed a $3.12 million transaction in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and a $3.89 million transaction in Midlothian, Virginia, for a total amount of $7.01 million in a 1031 Exchange.

Nachman represented a private investor with the sale of a Verizon Wireless store located at 2143 Manna Court, Rock Hill, South Carolina and the purchase of a Patient First walk-in health clinic located at 11020 Hull Street Road, Midlothian, Virginia.
