Lewes & Rehoboth Beach, DE – June 4, 2025 – After 14 years of managing Long & Foster Real Estate’s Lewes and Rehoboth sales offices and the Rehoboth short-term rental department, Carol Materniak will transition to focus entirely on helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. The announcement was made by Ralph DiGiuseppe III, Sr Regional VP for PA, NJ, and DE, at the DE Beach company annual awards.

 “Carol has been a respected leader and partner across our region, and we’re grateful for the experience and consistency she has brought to both offices and our regions over the years. Carol began her real estate career in 1991 in Princeton, NJ, later adding her Pennsylvania license, having deep roots in Bucks County. She assumed a management role in 2005 and later joined Long & Foster’s management team in 2012, where she mentored agents and helped guide their professional growth. During her 12 years with Long & Foster, she was twice named to the prestigious Top Ten Managers list.
