Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc.’s Commercial Division announced its recent successful conclusion of the lease negotiation for a Montessori School in the Springfield, Va., area. The school will occupy 12,100-square-feet of space with an initial term of 10 years. The volume of the lease will come to approximately $2 million.
