She specializes in optimizing the aesthetics of her clients’ homes to help their best features stand out.
Cymbala said her experience includes designing ponds, decks, fire-pits, patios and other outdoor features, and she has designed and managed projects that included construction, including kitchens bathrooms and general floor plans.
“With my real estate license and certifications, I can guarantee my clients don’t overspend on preparing their homes to be listed at the best market value,” Cymbala said. “My goal is to ensure that the value of my clients’ homes vastly exceeds the cost it took to get it to that point. I also aim to satisfy each and every client with my passion and attention to detail. I base my business on one client at a time.”
“The dynamics of today’s residential real estate market are constantly changing. Completing our Star Builders program has provided Linda with the right tools to meet those changing dynamics,” said Gary Scott president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We welcome Linda to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for more than 45 years.”
