“We are very excited and fortunate to have Leanor join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Weidman-Phillips. “The combination of Long & Foster and Leanor’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

“We’re so pleased to announce Leanor Judge has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership Leanor has created by deciding to join the industry-leading Blue Bell office and our company.”

Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Judge has over 30 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing and management. She has a past concentration on new construction and has worked for many of the area’s premier home builders. In her career, she has opened over 30 new home communities, as well as held the position of director of sales and marketing for one of the area’s largest privately held builders. Judge has been a multi-million dollar producer in residential sales for over five years. She has been responsible for the sale of over 1,500 homes in Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware and Chester counties and Southern New Jersey.

Judge has resided in Fort Washington for over 30 years. She is a fitness enthusiast and previous tennis and ski instructor. She said the ability to grow and learn from Art Herling drew her to join Long & Foster. His support, innovative ideas and willingness to share his knowledge is what makes him successful and is often lacking with other brokers.
