Kelley Tanzola is now leading Long & Foster's Cherry Hill, N.J., office.

Brings wealth of experience in real estate, interior design and new construction

Kelley Tanzola, a real estate professional for more than 10 years, has been named manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Wildwoods office, located at 6201 New Jersey Ave., in Wildwood Crest, N.J. Tanzola, who brings significant career achievements to her new position, is well-respected in the local real estate community and construction business, having previously worked in both industries.

“I’m excited both to lead the exceptional team of real estate professionals at Long & Foster’s Wildwoods office and to become part of the Long & Foster family in New Jersey,” Tanzola said. “Long & Foster has achieved tremendous growth along the shore the past year, and I’m thrilled to join the company at such an exciting time. I look forward to building our Wildwoods office and the company brand in Cape May County and the surrounding communities.”

A lifelong New Jersey resident, Tanzola entered the real estate business about 10 years ago after owning and operating her own interior design business. In that role, she managed the home staging and decorating process for several construction companies, and her involvement in new construction design sparked her interest in real estate. It was a natural transition for her to move into real estate, and she’s achieved tremendous success since she made the move, earning recognition from her previous firm for being one of its top listing agents. She focused primarily on the sales side of the business for about eight years before moving into a management role almost three years ago.

Tanzola explained that she’s passionate about helping others and helping agents to achieve success, and that desire led her into leadership. With her position at Long & Foster, she looks forward to returning to the shore—where she previously worked—and to helping a new group of agents to grow their businesses and help their clients.

Tanzola is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors and the Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors (BCCAR). She also actively volunteers with BCCAR’s Community Outreach Committee, which supports a variety of programs in the community such as clothing drives for homeless shelters and back-to-school collections for less fortunate children.

“It takes a highly knowledgeable, skilled and experienced leader to support real estate professionals in today’s ever-changing world,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We are confident that adding Kelley to the Long & Foster leadership team will result in the synergy that our agents thrive on. This is how our company has helped local buyers and sellers meet their homeownership goals for more than 45 years and how we’ll continue to do so.”
