Zarpas has been affiliated with the Oceanfront/Coastal office for nine years and is an active member of the Hampton Roads Realtors Association. She holds several professional designations including Accredited Buyers Representative, Forbes Luxury Homes Specialist, Certified, Distressed Property Expert and Certified Real Estate Negotiator. 

Zarpas was born in Massachusetts and grew up in Boston. Before relocating to the Hampton Roads area, Zarpas had a successful career in the film industry as an assistant director.  She moved to Virginia Beach in 2000 and began working to make a name for herself in Real Estate. Her work ethic and her determination quickly helped her to achieve that goal.

In her spare time, Zarpas enjoys using her amazing eye for detail to host beautiful events. She also volunteers her time with several local organizations.
