Long & Foster Real Estate congratulates Brenda and Joseph Marinelli on their six-year anniversary as members of the Art Herling Team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Brenda Marinelli partnered with Art Herling in February of 2015 and shortly after, in November of 2015, Joseph Marinelli came on board.
“Over six years we have learned so much. Working with Art Herling and Janet Rubino as mentors has been incredible. They have become more like an extension of our family,” stated Brenda Marinelli. “Art has taught us invaluable ways to be successful in this challenging industry.”
Prior to partnering with Herling, the Marinellis worked at other offices with other mentors, but their success really took off after joining Herling and Rubino. “It helps a great deal to be part of the No. 1 ranked Real Estate company in 2020, according to the Bright MLS,” added Joseph Marinelli.
Since 2015, the Marinellis have sold over $56 million in real estate with a total of 189 units sold. During this time, they also flipped rehab properties and recruited new agents to Long & Foster. The Marinellis also have three young children.
“All of these opportunities and more have been afforded to us because we are persistent and disciplined,” said Brenda Marinelli. “We also have a great foundation of support from Art, Janet and the rest of the Long & Foster Team.”
“We are so proud of all that Brenda and Joseph have been able to accomplish in their careers and are fortunate to have them as members of our team,” said Herling. “They have extensive experience with buyers and sellers, and we are confident that their success will continue for years to come.”
