Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Joe Mongan to its Blue Bell office, where he will be working with top producing agent, Art Herling. This office is managed by Vice President Janet Rubino. Mongan will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Mongan has four years of experience in real estate and 20 years of experience in the new construction industry. Mongan was awarded the 100% Club in 2016 and 2017 at his former broker. When asked, what drew him to work with Long & Foster, Mongan said, “The opportunity to work alongside Art Herling and take as much as I can from his experience.”

Mongan lives in Montgomery Township with his wife, Lisa and son, Brandon. Mongan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LaSalle University and enjoys golfing, traveling with his family and coaching his son’s hockey team.
