Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Jessica Leal to its Oceanfront/Coastal office in Virginia Beach. Leal will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Leal is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Leal holds membership in the Hampton Roads Realtors Association.

Leal holds degrees from San Diego State University: BA in Education and National University: MA in Education, K-6 Teaching Credential, K-12 Special Ed Teaching Credential for Mild/Moderate Disabilities. Along with substitute teaching for a couple of years, Leal also worked in the front office in hotels. She says her best experience was moving to New York to be part of the opening team of a new hotel in Times Square.

“I love to travel and explore different places,”  Leal said. “Since I just moved here from California in December, everything here is pretty new and exciting to me. I also enjoy spending quality time with friends and family – or relaxing at home reading a good book or cooking. I’m also currently trying to learn how to tap dance.
