Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Jen Lloyd to our Blue Bell satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike, where she will be working with Art Herling. Lloyd will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Jen Lloyd has 22 years of experience in real estate, including 16 years in new construction. Real estate has been a family business for Lloyd, as her grandfather owned Richard B. Herman & Co., which developed most of Philadelphia and the Main Line. When asked what drew her to work with Long & Foster, Lloyd said, “To join a topnotch team where I could best serve my clients, expand my business, grow, learn and utilize my skills.”
A graduate of Germantown Academy, Lloyd also has a bachelor’s degree with certifications in early childhood and elementary education from Elizabethtown College. Lloyd has been married for over 20 years to her husband Tony. They have two teenage daughters and live in Lower Gwynedd. Lloyd loves cooking, all things outdoors, tennis, and horseback riding.
