James Hering Joins Long & Foster’s Blue Bell Office in Blue Bell, Pa.

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes James Hering as a sales associate in its Blue Bell’s satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike, where he will be working with Art Herling. This office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips.

Hering, a licensed professional in the real estate industry for the past six years, was a top producer with another local firm. Prior to that he was in the residential lending side of the business for 12 years. He is a member to severeal groups including Business Network International-Newtown Chapter, Bucks County Association, Bucks County Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

James has a bachelor’s in marketing from Penn State Univeristy. He has been a resident of Newtown, Pa., for the past 10 years and has been a resident of Bucks County for more than 40 years. His interests include traveling, golf and the outdoors.
