Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Ian Koteles to the Blue Bell satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike. Koteles will be working with Art Herling and Jane Healy. The satellite office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips. Koteles will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Ian join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Weidman-Phillips. “The combination of Long & Foster and Ian’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
“We’re so pleased to announce Ian has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership Ian has created by deciding to join the industry-leading Blue Bell office and our company.”
Koteles has been in the real estate business for six years. He is a musician/songwriter by trade and can be found performing periodically around town as a solo guitarist/singer. He and his family love venturing outside, tumbling, swimming, traveling, coloring, eating, napping and repeating.
“When not singing or selling real estate, there is no place I’d rather be than at home in Ambler with my wife Krista, my daughters Della (3 months) and Kora (20 months), my dog Hank and cat Ginger,” Koteles said.
