Beginning his career as an attorney with a background in international sales and client management, Padgham has experience in construction project management and overseas contracting to the United States government. Over the years Padgham has restored a number of historic and waterfront homes in Arkansas and on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, and enjoys matching clients with the right property to meet their needs. A resident of Maryland’s Eastern Shore since 1999, he currently resides with his family in a circa 1815 National Register property on the historic Manokin River in Somerset County, Maryland.
