Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Faith Philip, who was recruited by top producing Blue Bell agent, Art Herling.  Philip will be working closely with Herling in Long & Foster’s Blue Bell office, which is managed by Vice President Janet Rubino. Philip specializes in working with residential home buyers, sellers, investors and builders.

Philip has been working in Real Estate for 14 years. When asked, what drew her to work with Long & Foster, she said, “The opportunity to add to my resale business by learning about aspects of Real Estate such as new construction as well as working with investors.  Working with a tried and true brand like Long & Foster Real Estate and the Art Herling Team, I feel I will accomplish this.”

Philip has both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton Alberta, Canada.  She currently resides in the metro Philadelphia area and has two sons who have both graduated from college.  Philip enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and the performing arts.  She has been a long-time member of a local book group and to keep fit, Philip works out and hikes.
