Evan Langert Joins Long & Foster's Commercial Division In Vienna, Va.

Long & Foster® Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Evan Langert to its Commercial Division office. Langert will specialize in working with commercial buyers and sellers, as well as landlords and tenants, in Maryland.

In addition to his commercial brokerage experience, Langert holds membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Maryland State Bar Association. He has been a licensed Maryland attorney since 1985, and he formerly served as head leasing attorney for the eastern United States on behalf of Glenborough Realty Trust. Langert was on the 2009 “Who’s Who in Real Estate” list and in 2013, he received the coveted Martindale-Hubbell client award, which is given to less than 1 percent of attorneys nationwide.

“I wanted to work in conjunction with a seasoned team of top commercial real estate professionals,” Langert said. Langert is a licensed Associate Broker in Maryland and will be headquartered in the Long & Foster Rockville/King Farm sales office.

Langert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from University of Maryland at College Park and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Florida State University College of Law. He resides in Silver Spring, Md., with his wife, noted artist Sue Grim-Langert.
