Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Drew Dandrea to the Wayne office, where he will be working with top-producing real estate agent Art Herling and the AB Property Management Group of Abby Upton and Bob Kiziroglou. This office is managed by Janet Rubino, vice president and manager of the Wayne/Devon office. Dandrea will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Drew join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Janet Rubino. “The combination of Long & Foster and Drew’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.” Dandrea will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers alongside Abby and Bob in the Wayne office.
“We’re so pleased to announce Drew has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the nation’s No. 1 independent brand, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership Drew has created by deciding to join the industry-leading Wayne office and our company.”
Dandrea comes to Long and Forster with four years of experience in the business. He began with wholesaling in west Philadelphia and finding rehab opportunities for investors. He then started renting apartments for off-campus student housing in the Temple University area. In 2016, during his affiliation with another brokerage firm, Dandrea had $3M in sales in his first 10 months, including the sale of the Pocono Sports Dome.
When asked what drew him to work with Long & Foster, Dandrea said, “I came to Long and Foster to work with the Art Herling Team. I saw it as a way to take my career to the next level. I wanted to build my network of builders and investors and learn the process of new construction. I felt that being a part of a team with Art Herling, a very well-known name in real estate, with his successful track record of new construction sales, would help me learn and increase my production quickly.”
Dandrea is currently finishing his bachelor’s of business administration with a concentration in acquisition and contract management at Strayer University. Dandrea currently lives in Philadelphia where he enjoys sports, fitness, and anything tech related.
