Long & Foster broker recognized for professional leadership, community service 

Dan Early, managing broker of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Eastport office in Annapolis, has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Distinguished Sales Achievement Club. The honor recognizes Early’s longstanding leadership, professionalism and contributions to the real estate industry and his community. 

A real estate professional for over 30 years, Early is a past president of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors and has served on many local, state and national committees. He chaired the association’s Professional Standards Committee for nearly a decade and has been a longtime contributor to the Realtors Political Action Committee.  

Beyond real estate, Early has coached youth football, provided holiday meals to families and seniors, and supported programs that serve breakfast to children during the summer. He currently serves as president of the Council of Baltimore Ravens Roosts, which donated over $275,000 to community organizations in 2025.
