Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Cynthia Rundatz, recruited by top producing Blue Bell agent, Art Herling. Rundatz will be working closely with Herling in the Blue Bell office, which is managed by vice president, Janet Rubino. Rundatz will specialize in working with residential home buyers and sellers.

Rundatz has been in Real Estate for over 35 years. When asked, what drew her to work with Long & Foster, she said, “I am returning to Long and Foster because of their large market presence and their professionalism as well as their grasp on present day social media and technology.”
Rundatz was born and raised in Bucks County where she still resides. She has four grown children and six grandchildren. In her spare time, Rundatz is a volunteer and advocate for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
