The Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate receives five Maryland Building Industry Association MAX Marketing Achievement Awards. The Northrop Team was recognized for multimedia marketing, print and web advertising.
The Northrop Team’s marketing department received awards in the following categories: outstanding multimedia campaign, outstanding print ad–black and white campaign, outstanding print ad–color, outstanding use of new technology and outstanding website. The awards recognized Northrop’s redesigned, custom-built website which includes new search functionality with 26 criteria in which to filter results, the capability for the user to create their own account and save properties as well as compare multiple properties. The new technology that garnered recognition included drone photography of properties that provides angles previously unavailable. In tandem, Northrop utilizes new Matterport technology that provides a 3-D interactive map of each home allowing the viewer to experience a realistic walk-through.

The MAX awards program recognizes businesses serving the home-building industry that provide buyers with excellence in design, value and livability as well as demonstrate excellence in sales and marketing. The Maryland Building Industry Association held the MAX awards reception at Turf Valley Resort.
