Long & Foster senior vice president named to 2021 Achiever’s list for ‘success stories’

Long & Foster Real Estate is proud to announce Cindy Ariosa, senior vice president and regional manager, has been recognized by RISMedia as a 2021 Real Estate Newsmaker on their “Achievers – The Success Stories” list.   

All recipients of RISMedia’s Real Estate Newsmaker awards were chosen based on online nominations on RISMedia.com by industry sources and RISMedia’s in-house editorial team. The nominations were collected on an ongoing basis throughout the year. The individuals selected by RISMedia were placed in various award categories according to their contribution to the real estate industry. In a year unlike no other, these real estate professionals stood out in 2020 and made headlines for their resiliency, ingenuity and initiative. 

Ariosa has been with Long & Foster for 20 years and serves as senior vice president for the Baltimore/Eastern Shore/Western Maryland regions. Ariosa has grown the company in her region from 22 to more than 40 offices.  Despite the pandemic, sales in Ariosa’s region increased over 13%, with agents leveraging the company’s virtual technology to safely serve their clients.  Specializing in business development, coaching, technology, recruitment and retention, Ariosa has led 2,200 sales associates to reach over $6 billion in sales.
