Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Christiana Nagle to its Blue Bell satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike, where she will be working with veteran agent Art Herling. This office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips. Nagle will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Christiana join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Weidman-Phillips. “The combination of Long & Foster and Christiana’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
“We’re so pleased to announce Christiana has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership Christiana has created by deciding to join the industry-leading Blue Bell office and our company.”
Nagle is new to the real estate industry though she has worked in the customer service industry for more than 14 years. She said she chose to join Long & Foster for the opportunity to work with the Art Herling Group.
“I joined this brokerage to work alongside an elite group of agents who are transforming the way we think about and sell real estate,” Nagle said. “I am eager to take advantage of the innovative thinking this team brings to the table, to help grow and better serve my clients. I look forward to meeting and working closely with all the exceptional agents on this team.”
Nagle currently resides in Chalfont, Pennsylvania, with her 10-year-old son. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and seeing new places.
