February 18, 2020

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Chester ‘Chip’ Warren to its Blue Bell office, where he will be working with top producing agent, Art Herling. The office is managed by Vice President Janet Rubino. Warren will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

“We are very excited and fortunate to have Chip join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Rubino. “The combination of Long & Foster and Chip’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

Warren has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003, and began his career with a competing broker. Prior to real estate, Warren worked for 25 years in the financial services industry. When asked what drew him to Long & Foster, Chip said he wanted to “tap the experience of Art Herling’s knowledge in the builder/developer arena.”

“We’re so pleased to announce Chip has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership Chip has created by deciding to join the industry-leading Blue Bell office and our company.”

Warren is a graduate of Wake Forest University. He has been a member of the PGA of America Philadelphia Section Tournament Field Staff since 1990. He currently lives in North Wales with his wife Gloria, a retired nurse at Lankenau Hospital for 45 years.

Herling is a 39-year veteran of the real estate profession and has been involved in nearly every aspect of real estate – from sales and management to home building and land acquisition. He specializes in luxury home sales, both resale and new construction, and his superior sales skills have made him Long & Foster’s No. 1 overall, the No. 3 agent in Pennsylvania overall and the No. 1 agent in suburban Philadelphia. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties, as well as the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties and has been involved in thousands of new home and lot sales. Highly respected for his expertise, Herling is frequently solicited by area experts to offer his insider’s knowledge of the new home and resale market including site and product evaluations.
