Egg Harbor City resort is ideal location for weddings, corporate outings

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States and an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, has listed a destination resort in Atlantic County, N.J. Located at 2101 Bremen Ave. in Egg Harbor City, the Tuscany House Hotel is represented by Maria Marinelli, a sales associate and manager with Long & Foster’s Longport office, and is listed for $6.75 million.

Built in 2001, the Tuscany House Hotel is located adjacent to the Renault Winery Resort & Golf, a popular destination in southern New Jersey. Arriving at the hotel, guests enter the intricately decorated lobby, which welcomes them to the boutique resort. The hotel features 50 completely unique guest rooms—all of which have been recently renovated—and offers standard king and queen accommodations, as well as a bridal suite for wedding parties.

Guests enjoy a variety of amenities at the resort, including the outdoor pools and nearby golf course and winery. Guided tours of the vineyards, as well as wine tastings, are available to hotel visitors. Additionally, the 7,200-yard championship golf course is open to the public. Gourmet dining options are available at Joseph’s Restaurant, an Italian bistro at the hotel, and the Renault Gourmet Restaurant, which is located at the winery. Joseph’s also offers live entertainment on weekends for guests.

“For a savvy investor, the Tuscany House Hotel presents tremendous opportunities for growth,” said Marinelli of Long & Foster. “Not only does it attract nearby residents as an escape from the daily grind, but also it serves as the perfect destination for any number of events, from weddings to corporate outings. Additionally, the hotel could be expanded with more guest rooms or a spa, and it could even serve as a fine location for an oenology program, teaching future minds about wine-making and the wine industry.”
