Art Herling Team Posts $24 Million Sales Month for July 2015

Art Herling and his team of agents at Long & Foster’s Blue Bell/Devon/Wayne office are one of the top real estate groups in the Delaware Valley. In July, the team has achieved $24 million in total sales for the month according to numbers released by Long & Foster.

The average sale price of the homes sold by the team was $506,000 one of the highest of any agent or group in the Delaware Valley. Year-to-date the team has $100 million in sales volume compared to $53 million the team had at the same time last year. Because this year’s regional real estate market has, for the most part, not been as good as last year more home buyers and sellers are turning to Herling and his group to accomplish their real estate needs.
