Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Anthony Perretti to its Blue Bell satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike, where he will be working with veteran agents Art Herling and Maripat King. This office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips. Perretti will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Anthony join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Weidman-Phillips, manager of the Blue Bell Office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Anthony’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
Perretti is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating, and more. Perretti holds membership in the Montgomery County Association of Realtors.
When asked what drew him to join Long & Foster, Perretti said, “Stressed out with the importance of choosing the correct broker, it was nice to see a familiar face with Maripat. As a kid, I was a part of the same parish as her and her family. She also took part in the sale of my family’s house later down the road. Additionally, I saw a level of success that was unmatched by any other brokerage. Surrounding myself with people that know the business well and that are friendly made Long & Foster an easy choice for me.”
“The dynamics of today’s residential real estate market are constantly changing. Participating in our Success Path program has provided Anthony with the right tools to meet those changing dynamics,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We welcome Anthony to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for more than 45 years.”
Perretti currently resides in Willow Grove and is a 2013 graduate of Episcopal Academy. He tries to stay busy and active by playing sports and loves to be competitive with anything from basketball and baseball to bowling. He said spending time with his family is also very important to him.
