Alice Limroth, a real estate professional for 10 years, has been named manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Hanover office, located at 6150 Mechanicsville Turnpike as well as the Bay/River offices located in White Stone and Deltaville, Va.
Limroth,who brings significant career achievements to her new position, is well-respected in the real estate industry. She was named Realtor of the Year in 2007 by the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors where she also served on the board of directors. She is replacing Jack Torza as managing broker; Torza is retiring after being part of the management team for over 25 years. He will remain as an agent in the Hanover sales office.
Limroth also serves as the Virginia Leadership Academy Alumni Secretary for Virginia Association of Realtors. She earned her broker’s license in 2009 and holds the professional designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is returning to Long & Foster where she previously was an agent as well as the managing broker of an office in the Hampton Roads region.
