Claire Forcier-Rowe, a real estate professional for 21 years, has been named manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Hanover and Bay/River offices. Forcier-Rowe brings significant career achievements to her new position, is well-respected in the local Realtor community. She is the 2016 president-elect of the Virginia Association of Realtors.
Forcier-Rowe began her real estate career in Fredericksburg, Va., and was previously affiliated with Long & Foster Real Estate. She is an associate broker and has been in management for the past 9 years. She holds many designations including Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, Certified Residential Specialist, General Review Specialist (Appraisal Institute), Seller Representative Specialist and Military Relocation Professional and she served as president of the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors in 2011.
