Juan Umanzor and Alex Currie earn national recognition for outstanding production and service
Two of Long & Foster Real Estate’s leading associates, Juan Umanzor of Bethesda, Maryland, and Alex Currie of Virginia Beach, Virginia, have been recognized by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) on its annual Top 250 Latino Agent list. Published annually, the list recognizes the top-performing Latino real estate professionals in the United States and honors top-producing agents and team leads based on residential closed transaction sides and sales volume.
Umanzor earned two national rankings among team leaders, placing No. 71 on NAHREP’s Top 100 Team Leads by Transactions list with 109 closed transactions and No. 84 on the Top 100 Team Leads by Volume list with more than $44.7 million in sales volume.
Currie was recognized among the nation’s top individual agents, ranking No. 250 on the Top 250 Individual Agents by Transactions list with 40 closed transactions. He also earned regional recognition as the No. 60 individual agent in NAHREP’s Southeast Region.
“I’d like to congratulate Juan and Alex on this well-deserved recognition from NAHREP,” said Patrick Bain, president and CEO of The Long & Foster Companies, parent company of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Their dedication to their clients, commitment to excellence and relentless work ethic reflect the values that define Long & Foster.
