Long & Foster’s One Bethesda Office to Host Community Service Day

June 9, 2026

Event allows real estate agents, brokerage to give back to the local community

Bethesda, MD, June, 18 2026 – The One Bethesda office of Long & Foster Real Estate will participate in the company’s Community Service Day on June 18th. The office, located in Bethesda, MD, will join the brokerage’s over 150 offices in the day of giving back by volunteering at Nourishing Bethesda, a local nonprofit dedicated to fighting food insecurity in the Bethesda–Chevy Chase area. And Kingdom Cares (KGCDC), a Maryland-based nonprofit located in Beltsville, MD, works to strengthen communities by helping individuals and families meet basic needs and build long-term stability.

“Our One Bethesda office is excited to support Nourishing Bethesda and Kingdom Cares because both organizations do an amazing job of supporting the needs of their respective local communities.  Their missions focus on food security, health, housing and wellness which are all causes that our agents support,” said Jeremiah Ganeto, manager of the One Bethesda Office.

Long & Foster sales associates and employees from throughout the company will participate in a variety of volunteer activities during Community Service Day. In past years, these activities included cleaning up, refurbishing and repairing nearby parks, schools, shelters, homes and day care centers, and providing other assistance to local organizations that offer crucial services to the community.

“Community Service Day allows our team to make a positive impact on our local communities, and our agents and employees thoroughly enjoy this opportunity to contribute their time and effort,” said Patrick Bain, president and CEO of The Long & FosterCompanies, parent company of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Whether it’s through our annual Community Service Day or one of our other charitable projects, we’re truly glad to give back.”
