Long & Foster Real Estate today announced that three agents from its Silver Spring, Maryland, office have been named to the 2026 Board of Directors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Maryland Greater Capital chapter.
Paul Marston will serve as vice president, Karla Gutierrez as secretary and Dixie Westmoreland as director. NAHREP is the voice for Hispanic real estate and comprises champions of homeownership for the Hispanic community throughout the greater Maryland capital region.
In their roles, Marston, Gutierrez and Westmoreland will help advance NAHREP’s mission to promote sustainable Hispanic homeownership, foster professional development and advocate for policies that expand access to housing opportunities.
“We are incredibly proud of Paul, Karla and Dixie for their leadership and their continued commitment to serving our community,” said Martha Martinez, managing broker of Long & Foster’s Silver Spring office. “Their involvement with NAHREP reflects Long & Foster’s core values — giving back to the communities we serve and helping more people achieve the dream of homeownership. They lead not only in their business, but in service, and that makes a meaningful difference.”
