Kevin Wilberger, managing broker of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Charlottesville and Staunton/Waynesboro offices, has been elected president-elect of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) for 2026. Wilberger previously served on CAAR’s Board of Directors and is known for his dedication to agent and client success, as well as community and industry engagement.
Wilberger joined Long & Foster in 2019, after a successful career managing a heating and air conditioning company in central Virginia. He made a career shift to find more meaning in his work, and he thrives supporting his sales agents and their clients in finding their dream homes. He’s excited to take on this new role at CAAR and help guide the association during a pivotal period for the industry.
“I’m grateful for the trust CAAR members have placed in me,” Wilberger said. “Our association plays a critical role in supporting Realtors and advocating for current and prospective homeowners, and I look forward to working with our leadership team to strengthen that mission.”
Dawn Bradley, who oversees the Charlottesville region for Long & Foster as its senior vice president and regional manager, congratulated Wilberger on this appointment. “Kevin leads with heart, steady determination and a real passion for supporting agents and consumers, and our entire region will benefit from his leadership at CAAR,” Bradley said.
