Long & Foster’s Kent Island Office Hosts Community Service Day Event

Thousands of real estate agents and employees with Long & Foster Real Estate, including those at the Kent Island office in Stevensville, MD, rolled up their sleeves and took part in the company’s annual Community Service Day on June 25.

Long & Foster’s Community Service Day took place at its more than 100 locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. The annual event provides an opportunity for Long & Foster agents and staff to give back to their communities through a variety of service projects, including food drives, park clean-ups and more.

The Kent Island office chose to volunteer with Hope Warehouse on June 25th, 2025. The Kent Island staff assisted the Hope Warehouse in moving, organizing and pricing their donated furniture. Staff members worked with the Hope Warehouse to get their donations ready for one of their most important sales events of the year, where proceeds from the sales will go to their parent organization, Haven Ministries, to assist people without homes receive shelter.
