Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Michele McDaniel to its Oceanfront/Coastal office in Virginia Beach, Virginia. McDaniel will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

McDaniel is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. McDaniel holds membership in the Hampton Roads Realtors Association.

Born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, McDaniel attended Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. She currently lives with her husband Joseph, in Topping, Virginia.

McDaniel started in Real Estate in 2004, but has also spent some time as a regional manager and in the food manufacturing business. She volunteers at the Grace Episcopal Church yard sale.

In her spare time, McDaniel enjoys bicycling, hiking, kayaking, cooking and gardening.
