Brokerage ranked among large companies
The Richmond Times Dispatch has named Long & Foster Real Estate as the No. 1 Top Workplace among large companies. This list is based solely on agent and employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience, including whether team members feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, among other items.
“I’m so proud of our team in Richmond for earning the No. 1 spot on the Top Workplace List,” said Dawn Bradley, senior vice president and regional manager of Long & Foster’s Richmond region. “As a company, we strive to provide our agents and employees with everything they need to succeed in real estate, and earning this honor showcases our success in reaching that goal.”
More than 1,700 organizations were invited to participate in this year’s Top Workplaces program in Richmond, and only 130 companies were invited to be surveyed. Of those participating, 98 winners were identified by Energage, grouped by employment size—Mega, Large, Midsize and Small. Long & Foster earned recognition in the Large category.
“I’m so proud of our Long & Foster family in Richmond for earning this extraordinary recognition,” said Jackie Thiel, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “This No. 1 Top Workplace award is a true testament to our agents and employees who work hard every day to provide our clients with the best possible experience.”
