Real estate brokerage gives back to local communities for annual event
Real estate agents and employees with Long & Foster Real Estate, including those from the offices in Great Falls, Leesburg, One Loudoun, McLean and Purcellville rolled up their sleeves and took part in the company’s annual Community Service Day on June 28.
Long & Foster’s Community Service Day took place at or in the communities of its over 200 locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. The annual event provides an opportunity for Long & Foster agents and staff to give back to their communities through a variety of service projects, including food drives, park clean-ups and more.
Agents from the Great Falls, Leesburg, One Loudoun, McLean and Purcellville offices chose to volunteer with Women Giving Back in Sterling, Virginia. Women Giving Back supports women and children in crisis on a first step toward stability by providing quality clothing at no cost. Women Giving Back also accepts donations of shoes, handbags, unopened cosmetics, diapers, prom and wedding dresses, and more. Agents sorted donations and prepared them to be available in the boutique that evening for an event that supported hundreds of women in the community.
